Ati Manel

A family recipe from 1922, revived by the fourth generation. Ati Manel sources from both the Portuguese Atlantic coast and Galicia, the two most productive sardine regions in Europe feeding into the same tin.

Serious Eats named them a top pick. The lemon in the olive oil is subtle, present but not dominant. Each tin holds 4–6 large sardine loins.
