Hand-prepped, no additives. The tins use vintage-illustrated packaging drawing from Portuguese graphic history. They also produce a millésimé line, vintage-dated aged sardines in the French tradition. Their Times Square shop opening in 2023 drew coverage from the New York Times and other American press.
