A revival of the Setúbal canning tradition, relaunched as a premium brand and distributed in the US through the Iberian Import Co. Sardines are steam pre-cooked before hand-canning, a process that gives the fish a softer, more delicate texture than the fried-then-packed method used by most Portuguese producers.

Available in olive oil, spicy olive oil, and tomato sauce. A distinct alternative to the Matosinhos-style tins that dominate the Portuguese export market.
